PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE – harvesting of grapes when fully ripe, with gentle pressing and fermentation in oak casks
COLOUR - bright yellow with golden tinges
AROMA - complex, slight hints of vanilla, particularly lingering
TASTE - rich structure, well-balanced pleasant almond notes
ALCOHOL CONTENT - 13% vol.
FOOD PAIRING - full-flavoured fish recipes, spiced white meat
